Complaints and Protection

We know that unfortunately Customers may become dissatisfied from time to time and may even suffer abuse inside or outside the Agency. To tackle such problems we will do the following:

  • Provide and operate a simple, clear and accessible Complaints Procedure.
  • Take all necessary action to protect the Customers’ legal rights.
  • Make all possible efforts to protect Customers from every sort of abuse and from the various possible abusers.
