Complaints Procedure

We have a full Complaints Procedure and Compliments Policy that can be requested at any time. A copy is included in the Use Guide given to each Customer.

If a Customer, any individual family member, friend etc. had a reason to complain, they should in the first instance, speak to the staff on duty. If a Customer, any individual family member or friend etc. feels their complaint has not been resolved to their satisfaction, they can make a written complaint as explained in the Policy to:
