Health and Safety

We have a Health and Safety Policy that forms an essential part of the Training and Induction Programme. To ensure safety within the Customers Homes a Risk Assessment will be undertaken prior to the commencement of the support package to determine the potential risks and hazards that might be present. Thereafter Risk Assessments will be conducted annually or more frequently should the need arise.

It is an essential part of the Support Workers duty to constantly monitor the Customers environment and to ensure that the hazards are minimised and the risk to the Customer are reduced as far as possible. Support Workers must report to their Manager any concerns within the environment.
