Annual Appraisals
Performance appraisals and training reviews are vital in the pursuit of good quality service delivery. We believe that they are essential in promoting the development and performance standards of all staff and their overall job satisfaction; it enables them to improve their professional skills and personal contributions to our Aims and Objectives.
Appraisals will take place annually and training courses will be reviewed on a regular basis: all staff will undergo a formal review of job performance every 12 months and work performance will be assessed. The results will be placed on file and form the basis of assessment for future training requirements or continuance of employment.
