Complaints and Protection
We know that Customers may become dis-satisfied from time to time and may even suffer abuse inside or outside the agency. To tackle such problems we will do the following:
- Provide and operate a simple clear and accessible Complaints Procedure
- Take all necessary action to protect the Customers legal rights
- Make all possible efforts to protect Customers from every sort of abuse and from the various possible abusers.
