Disciplinary Procedure
We have documented Disciplinary Procedures that summarise the classes of unacceptable conduct and the procedures of verbal and written warnings used in each case. The disciplinary procedure is designed to help and encourage staff to achieve and maintain standards of conduct, attendance and job performance.
This procedure will apply to all staff. The aim is to ensure consistent and fair treatment of all. All employees have the right of appeal. Nothing in this procedure will in anyway detract from or impinge upon an individual employees statutory employment rights. Wherever possible, unsatisfactory conduct will be dealt with through supervision, training or retraining.
