Grievance Procedure

We have place arrangements for handling individual grievances and collective disputes between members of staff. The procedure provides a mechanism through which all staff can have any grievance relating to their employment dealt with.

The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that positive and effective employee relations are developed and maintained. Every effort will be made to seek resolution to the matter through informal discussions or failing that, at the lowest possible level under this procedure. The grievance procedure also provides for appeals against any disciplinary action taken.
