Maintaining the records in the customers home
Each Customer will be issued with a User Guide and Customer Log Sheets that remains within the Customers home. These Customer Log Sheets serve as method of communication between Support Workers, family members, visiting District Nurses and Social Workers. Support Workers use these Log Sheets to make a record of tasks they have undertaken and any other significant event such as, assisting a Customer to dress, making breakfast etc. Completed Customer Log Sheets will be returned to Head Office on a monthly basis and will be placed within the customers file.
