Moving and Handling
In order to minimise any risks to Customers and Support Workers are aware of and use any correct lifting techniques to the abilities and needs of the Customer and the constraints of the environment. A Support Worker must not lift or support the body weight of a Customer. No Support Worker is allowed to perform manual handling or use the relative equipment unless they have completed a Training Induction course.
