Recruitment and Selection
We will recruit staff with the appropriate qualifications, skills, experience, attitude and aptitude to provide support to customers, or otherwise meet the needs of the job and maintain such standards as to uphold and enhance the reputation of Wolds & Coast Domiciliary Agency
All prospective staff will be working in a position that is deemed to be exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 then they will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure CRB checks against the Protection of Vulnerable Adults Registered. Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory outcome of this process.
