The project is staffed by one full time Team Leader and part time Support Worker. A 24 hour on call service is available for tenants should they need it.

The main areas of their work are as follows:

  1. Counselling support
  2. Advice and Information – Methods of paying bills, Income Support forms, Housing Benefit forms, careers, college courses, job applications, flat hunting, leisure activities or sexual health.
  3. Practical Tasks – shopping, menu making, cooking, ironing, cleaning, washing, putting rubbish out or cleaning cookers and fridges.
  4. Helping Tenants cope with each other – disputes, noise levels, security and victimisation
