The Accommodation

The accommodation comprises six flats, each self-contained with a bed-sitting room, bathroom and kitchen.

The bedsits are part-furnished; each flat has central heating and instant hot water, which is tested at the beginning of each new tenancy.

The bedsits contain:

• Single bed and mattress
• Wardrobe and/or chest of drawers
• Cooker
• Fridge
• Blinds
• Carpet
• Easy chair
